Our Charming Little Home

 We had a WONDERFUL wedding this past weekend!  While we are still waiting to close on our little charming home, we were able to take Peter and Julianna (in from Colorado) to see it while they were here!   Our closing has been pushed out a few days, but we are excited to close this week - with the hurricane coming and all! We are so anxious to share pictures and start working soon!

Things are still rolling along!  We hope to share more very soon!  We have a BIG wedding coming up and hope to close before that! It's so "neat" that I will get to live in a house I have passed for years!  I've always noticed it and thought it was so cute and charming. We are looking forward to getting started as soon as we close!  Pictures will be coming right after that!  

  We are excited to close on the house and get started on our renovations!  We have started our "idea" notebook to give us choices we like in our budget ~ and then we will know where we can splurge just a little!  Thankfully, I like a lot of white, and that is always easy to find in cabinets and vanities and tile.  Pete defers to me, but he will speak up if I ask his opinion on a few things!  My favorite bath vanities have been on sale and then not, so we know to keep watch on them as soon as we close and have a place to store them safely! We have had some contractors come and look at the house and look forward to hearing from them and getting their opinions on our tentative plans!  Pete handles all of that!
